It's National Corn on the Cob Day! Somewhat by chance Ryan and I grilled corn on the cob last night from my newest cookbook obsession, Summer Food. We made three dishes, all from the Summer Food cookbook, but the biggest hit was in fact the Grilled Corn Salad. The most exciting thing about the recipes we prepared is that we were able to use food from our CSA share and from our garden for all three recipes!
